概述
之前买来调试用的Nexus 5坏了，雪花屏并且无限重启。记录一下刷机的过程。
PS：刷机后仍雪花屏，怀疑是硬件问题。
禁用驱动程序强制签名
安装完驱动后，需要禁用驱动程序强制签名（刷机完成后记得恢复）

BoardDiag黑屏
Hold down SHIFT key and right click on a running program icon on the taskbar, a popup menu should appear, click on Move then use the Left/Right Arrow key to move it.
Do the same for the rest of the running programs.

右键任务栏的BoardDiag图标，选择移动，然后按方向键移动窗口
